Every visitor to the Hawaiian Islands must go to a luau on their visit! You will be amazed when the "imu" pit is opened and the roasted pig is removed for the feast. Accompanying this flavorful pit cooked pork are traditional Hawaiian foods including fresh island fish, beef, chicken, lomi lomi salmon, fruits, assortment of salads, all with an open bar.

After the meal comes the luau show. All Hawaiian luau

shows perform traditional dancing and chanting. While some shows are very traditional and cover only the history of Hula in Hawaii, others take a tour of the history of Hula throughout the entire Pacific rim. Dances include those from Fiji, Tahiti, Samoa, Tonga, and New Zealand. The show runs through sunset and is a wonderful way to remember Hawaii.
